“The room was clean and the staff was polite and friendly ”

“Our one night stay was way too short to enjoy the beautiful property. We stayed here for our visit to Letchworth State Park. The Glen Iris Inn was fully booked so we chose this as an alternative. Good call when we visited the inn while in the park we noticed most of the patrons were elderly. I had a small issue with the plumbing at 5am, Jessica and Ryan took care of it immediately. The cottage was perfect. If we ever visit this area again we will be back here but will stay longer for sure.”

Pleasant hotel centrally located and noted that efforts had been made to raise the hotel's status, for example wooden panels and pictures in the lobby and on the outside (fake) shutters, chimneys and sloped roof. Hotel had a small pool but also a jacuzzi, the gym only had running/walking machines. Breakfast included which was OK and for once with some normal (reusable) bowls and spoons.
