“It’s pretty rundown. Carpet was very dirty. Good price, not a bad area and the cable worked as did Wi-Fi. It smelled a little musty but really not too bad for the price. There’s no breakfast and there was a $100 hold/deposit ”

“For the price it was just what we needed. Lisa was amazing. We walked next door to play pool at the arrow and had a blast. Every one was so nice!”

“It was a comfortable stay for our family. The home was clean and the perfect size. Our daughter and her best best friend were reunited after 3 years apart. The host left a special welcome basket for us knowing about the reunion. We will stay here again, next time we come back.”

“Very nice upscale apartment. Awesome album selction to play thru the bluetooth. Owner was very responsive to minor issues. There were 13% in taxes that did not show up in “This is the price you pay” promo. The owner, Hotels.com and Evolve all said it would be addressed so hopefully that issue has been resolved. Will def stay again!”

“overall great property! It is VERY close to the interstate but the noise did not bother us. The home was clean, well equipped, the property was beautiful. We had no luck fishing, but enjoyed relaxing by the water. It is pretty isolated, so be sure you pack all your needs. Communication with the host was very prompt.”
