“Fantastiskt hotel till rimligt pris”

“Great staff and food ”

“It took moree than one hour until you could flush the toilet again. Due to that it was not filoing up and instead leaking. On the third day the keycards suddeny stopped working. Some of the frontdesk staff were rude and arrogant. Never agan!”

“Nice location by the lake. Nice entrance. Tired people in the reception area. Rooms and halls not renovated since the 70’s? Time to give the hotel a facelift! Lovely, serviceminded janitor though:)”

“I wasn’t informed of any breakfast and the hot tub needs to be checkout because you don’t feel the jets guest service was excellent and the parking is a tad bit far”

“Poor service from the personnel. Service level lower than what I'm used to in Europe. Even though a beautiful and cool hotel, it's not modern. No USB ports in the rooms so bring a plug. The sound level in the room is really loud, 40 dB measured with my phone (comes from refrigerator, ventilation, AC). Sounds from other rooms and the hallway is really clear.”

“No room service when I told there was. Very rude when asking why. I needed it for my daughter before her tournament, partly why I booked there.”

“Very thankful for the Continental Breakfast. Actual was more than just cerwal and fruit. Had pancakes potatoes canadian bacon chicken tenders to put on toasted bread etc. It is noce they try to do every 2 days house keeping to check on you. Also expedia does not tell you this hotel has a 40$ hold per night in case of damages. The reasoning is sound but when you travel with a tight budget it does take money from your other available funds”
