“This unique hotel is brand new and the rooms are beautifully appointed. The only drawback is the lack of food available at the hotel. They offer a continental breakfast for a fee but that is the only food available right in the hotel. To dine you must go off site. The downtown area is not far and does offer some great choices.”

“We had a large spacious room. So spacious I stepped off the demension’s of our room, 38 ft by 16ft! Refrigerator that actually kept our beverages/ food cold. Staff was super friendly & helpful. Breakfast was awesome. House made fried potatoes onions & peppers, scrambled eggs & tasty sausage. My grandchild loved the waffles with whipped cream. The kind of place that matches the plastic liner in trash bin with the color of the bin. Very nice experience!”

“When we got to the hotel we were told that the elevator was out of order and would not be fixed until later that night or the next day. They offered to help carry our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs but am not physically able to do that. They gave us a map of other properties in the Sioux Falls area but did not offer to help us find something. Luckily they agreed not to charge us for the stay.”

“The night clerk who checked us in upon arrival was unable to explain why we were paying for 2 extra rooms, when we already reserved and paid for only 2 rooms on Jul 7.”

“Very friendly front desk staff. Easy check in. Hallways were a bit warm, but rooms were very comfortable - easy to adjust temp to our preference. Simple pool with nicely warmed water - lots of fresh towels. Good breakfast options in the morning. Kitchen staff for breakfast buffet were always present and very friendly. Room was clean and beds/pillows very comfortable. Would stay here again.”

“Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Facility not luxurious but nice. Room smelled musty at first, but a few minutes with the fan on took care of that. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Good variety of choices for breakfast”

“The rooms were fantastic, the amenities were excellent. The concierge was extremely helpful. Parking was ok but all on the street with meters. The good thing was that there was free parking on the weekend.”
