“As always The Wren was an exceptional place to stay. Welcoming to pups and the employees who Checked us in and checked us out were friendly and fun to chat with. There was one exception. As we were leaving we asked for a towel from the front desk. Our dog had jumped in the river and we wanted to dry him off a bit before we got in the car. It looked as though the employees were having a meeting. One man looked at us and said, we only have towels with urine on them. We were taken aback a little....

“Overall real good, but the "free Internet" is a horror story - outdated security protocols and, even worse?, it simply didn't work! But, if that's fixed, we can highly recommend the place.”

“Get told multiple things from each employee. Rooms are not sounds proof at all you can hear others conversation like they are sitting with you and the screaming kids is always a nice bonus.. dvd player didn’t work, no cable, no service, nothing around unless you want to drive 45 min or longer to another town. The restaurant there isn’t open during the week, but got told different stories by different employees. Ended up not staying the full time I requested a refund not they are playing stupid...

“This was my second time staying at this hotel. I came back because the staff is very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is good. My requests were handled quickly and the manager checked back with me to make sure I was satisfied. I will be back again! :-)”

“The room was nice. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I feel i got what i paid for for one night after a concert. It was only a 17 minute walk from the motel to the Wilma. Breakfast was good for a free breakfast. Who would complain about free breakfast. The breakfast included biscuits and gravy,potato squares, eggs and sausage links. Had your variety of juices and coffee. There was more too. The only thing that i thought was kind of a downfall was the train horns from 5 am all morning...

“Very clean room, but was surprised that for a newer hotel they did not have any USB ports in the walls or on the bedside lamp. No big deal, just had to go out and buy a wall charger. Other than that, GREAT STAY!”

“If you plan on getting to the property after 9 pm, you’ll have to call beforehand to make sure someone is there to give you your keys! Room was clean but smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.”

“Only there for one night but property was in great shape. I left medication in the refrigerator accidentally when I flew out of the airport. They found it and kept it cold and safe until my grandson could retrieve it for me. The staff are kind and were trustworthy for my stay. ”
