“I had a nice stay for one night. Quiet and calm area and near the highway. The thing that pulls the grade down is that the sound from Doors slamming in the corridor was very loud. ”

“The room had dead bugs all along the perimeter of the walls. There was dried urine all over the toilet seat. They offered to change my room, but the new room smelled like someone had chain smoked cheap cigars in it for 30 years straight. I had to ask for a broom to sweep up the bugs myself. This was the most atrocious hotel experience of my life. I would give this place negative stars if possible.”

“This place is not worth the money. However little it was. After checking in, we were greeted by two police cars in the parking lot. Then two individuals that were clearly inebriated. When walking in the room it looked like it was hastily painted and a few new furnishings. The towels were small and clearly not fully cleaned. The next morning, we went for breakfast across the parking lot. So, we left our luggage in the room before checking out. We returned a couple of minutes after 10:00 and were...

“Clean rooms. Nice and modern place. Perfect if you're just passing by Amarillo and need a nice place to stay. But why the sliding doors to the bathroom?”

“Our stay was great. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The location was within walking distance of restaurants. The front desk hostess, Melissa, exhibited extreme professionalism under duress by responding to the needs of the guests in the dining area and at the front desk. All the while maintaining a positive caring attitude. Definitely a person who needs a promotion.”
