Not enough coffee to go around, orange juice was watered down. Plus hard boiled eggs that are cold wasn't, again, what I expected. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are also much needed. “Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast”

“My family and myself really enjoyed our 3 day stay at the hotel Microtel Inn & Suites by Windham in Amarillo. The staff was so sweet and awesome and the breakfast was delicious 😋. If you ever need a good hotel I definitely will recommend it.”

“The room was better than expected. We were pleasantly surprised that we had a kitchen, living and desk areas. The A/C made noise all night but we fell asleep since arrived so late. Also, the pool was NOT working, The pool was drained of water and had maintenance tarps and equipment around it so we were unable to use it.”

“This hotel is used to house welfare and disadvantage recipients. It is NOT a hotel for travelers. The room had chipped paint, items in the room from a previous visitor, and bugs in the bathroom. Notwithstanding the fact that a fire broke out from a room in the back of the hotel. This hotel either needs a complete gut renovation in order for travelers to stay, or it needs to be taken off of Expedia as a feasible hotel.”

“AC was incredible in our room. The soap and shampoo was great! The website said there was sofa bed, however, they do not have sofa beds at this property. We got a roll away bed instead. Not good! The elevator and hallways were hot and not the cleanest. The foyer and desk area were great and looked just like the pictures. Beyond that it is a different story. I would not stay at this hotel again. ”
