“Får ej åka förbi detta historiska ställe utan att övernatta. En fullpoängare och de serverade annat än hamburgare. Åt en rostbiff som var mycket god + sallad.”

“After many miles of riding on the GAP and C&O Towpath, the Canal Cabins were a welcome and much needed hiatus! The cabin was cozy and clean, air conditioned, with many personal touches one would need, like bike tools! The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. And free laundry! Would highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you for a great experience!”

“This cabin needs a LOT of care. It was OK for our purposes, because we just needed a place to sleep more than anything, but if we were actually looking to "vacation" or "rest and relax" it left a lot to be desired--especially regarding upkeep and how it was furnished 1. Our sheets had HOLES in them! 2. No toiletries, other than body wash in the bathroom 3. No bath mat 4. Insufficient towels 5. Not enough dishes or mugs 6. No sponge for washing dishes, or anything to clean and wipe down...

“I attempted to stay here. As soon as I entered the hallway, I was hit with the strong smell of cigarette smoke. When I got to the room, the code Inwas given did not work. This was definitely not a single family home. It reminded me more of a bed and breakfast without the breakfast as there was a common area for the kitchen. When I contacted the host, she offered to send the cleaning people to spray the smoke away. No amount of spray will remove this amount of smoke. I was in the building less...

“Enjoyed this weekend stay despite the rainy weather we had!”

“It was exactly what we needed for my groomsmen and I the night before my wedding, a clean, open space with private bedrooms and 4 beds. Perfect for a quick stay!”

“The cabin was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless. The host is awesome and responds quickly to any concerns or even just recommendations of the area. We stayed here and ventured out to the nearby trails and small towns. Our time at and around the cabin was very enjoyable.”
