“These were some of the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in. The only reason not giving 5 stars is that the single room had a very strong stale cigarette smell (even though non-smoking) on checking in. But, after running the a/c for about an hour, it helped. Beds and linens super comfy. The kitchen has a two-burner stove and nice sized fridge/freezer, but bring your own pots/pans if you are needing this. “Very Nice house clean with amazing views, Chad and Jen were great hosts. Any issues were immediately addressed. Dock for fishing and swimming were great. Foosball and Ping-Pong table were a blast. Pool was a added bonus. Life vests / Pool floaties an games for the water was a plus. Very quite area, house is with in 15 mins for Daingerfield State Park. Patio had a Blackstone Grill and a Pit boss Pellet Smoker. Family had a great time, will defiantly be going back. ”

“The room that was assigned smelled horrible and it went down from there it took several rooms to find one that didn't have me sick because of the smell from the original room # 200. I'm extremely disappointed with my stay especially because we were here to bury a love one.I will be contacting corporate office regarding this stay and disputing the charges that was put on my card.”
