“The property was not clean throughout and needed maintenance. It was really sad to see such a place that looked like it was once nice go downhill like this. The “hot tub” was in the low 80s barely warmer than the pool it was cold. Other guests mentioned it too. The staff had no concerns about it and did nothing to help. We would not stay here again. It is not a 4 star place, maybe it once was but whoever is managing it is doing a terrible job.”

“The pool was filled in with gravel. It would have been a nice feature. Lots of sketchy people around the property.”

“The property was well maintained. It is located next to Subway and a liquor store. There was also a food truck park within a 5 minute walk. The hotel served a hot breakfast.”

“Lobby and room was nice and clean. Staff was amazing...and I mean everyone I met. Good breakfast. Perfect for a one night stay on our cross country road trip.”

“WiFi never worked, even when asked. Rooms and beds were clean. Door was not sealed so insects could easily get in, and they did.”

“After arriving in my room, getting ready for bed noticed a clump of blood and blood spots on the side skirt of the bed by the head side. After pulling the sheets back on main bed sheets there was dark crumbs on there and dirty spots through the sheet. A used razor was on the closet shelf. Shower lining was detached and dirty. Small towels were all stained by sink. Garbage bags full of garbage outside of door. And around property. Place really needs a lot of attention.”

“This was a great house. We had family that live near here and visiting from out of state. Staying for a week, it was awesome having a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space for people to relax and comfortable rooms. Having the river and quiet neighbors really made this a relaxing vacation. Will definitely get again if we have family visiting with us.”

“Not anything was good you could here the people in the room next to yours almost like the person was talking through a door the shower was gross didn’t use it and carpet was dirty”

“These hosts were amazing. Communication was amazing, they answered all the questions we had and provided a seem less experience. My family and I will be booking them next time we are in town as they are the best experience we have had in booking homes. ”

“The hosts responded extremely quick. Answered all questions we had . The location was perfect for us and the home was exceptionally clean. Would highly recommend and if go back to Hermiston again this is where we will stay.”
