“Booked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation. Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout. “The hotel is mainly run by students attending Portland State. The housekeeping was quick and responsive and although the hotel suite itself felt it needed a carpet deep cleaning, it was overall a nice stay.”
