“Best hotel in PNG”

“My rating is a low 4/5. Check in was terrible. We arrived well after check in time after a long flight and they couldnt find our booking. We waited around for over an hour before they "found" our room. Got into the room and there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom floor tiles were not cleaned properly. The other staff at the restaurants, Host cafe and security personnel were polite and friendly”

“I enjoyed staying but i was denied of having a breakfast that i asked for on Friday morning 1st by one of your male staff at around 6:30. He says only those that accommodate are allowed. But i was accommodated since Wednesday 29 April. Anyway thanks for your hospitality and kindness ”

“The staff were fabulous; very helpful and friendly, especially the cleaning staff and security guards (I met several, and they were wonderful and helpful). The room was a good size. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of TV channels. It was nice to swim in the pool. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay. “A couple of days before my arrival i contacted the hotel to ask about shuttle - no response. I called, I texted, i used the expedia app etc - no response. I had the local hotel call them and expedia .. no response. I did not want to take local taxi to the hotel late at night so i had to book another hotel last minute - very expensive - all because they could not respond to any contacts. ”
