“The hotel did not live up to Radisson Blu standard. There was no slippers or bathrobe in the room, and when I enquired they only replied that they were out of stock. “The room is big, comfortable, and cozy. The staff members are courteous and focused on their assigned tasks. The free breakfast is sumptuous with different meals and snacks to spice up each day. The only con is that the standard room does not have a waste bin for throwing waste, instead of going to the washroom to do that. Overall, I will give the hotel 8 out of 10 for hospitality and efficient service.”

“The reception had me wait for hours before I got my room. They said they couldn't see my booking in their system and they were not willing to help me even when I showed them my booking confirmation and receipt showing that I had payed. They did not make any effort to solve the problem and after several hours my booking showed up in their system, after that I finally got my room. Really disappointed with the lack of service and willingness to give me as a guest a good welcome.”
