“A wonderful space to spend time at and use as a base to explore Norfolk Island. As a couple it was ample space. It would also work really well for a family.”

“We had mostly a very good stay. The unit was in very good condition and very well equipped with a great outlook. We had a small issue with ants, but the spray supplied was effective and the TV reception was scratchy. ”

“I would stay at the Governors Lodge again. The staff are great, helpful and friendly. The cabins are basically a small house and very comfortable. The pool was good. If you have a car you park outside your cabin and the lodge can organise your car hire for you. Tour coaches stop outside reception. Bailey's restaurant is slightly upmarket with delicious food. The only negative is no free wifi and the paid wifi isn't stable. It's a walk into Burnt Pine township but no problem if you're fit.”

“The apartment and its amenities met all my expectations, except for the internet service, which was lousy. There is a Norfolk Telecom wi-fi hotspot on the property, however its line-of-site service does not extend to all the apartments. There was no service at all to my apartment and I was forced to go outside and sit in the BBQ area to get any reception.
