“Long time to check in”

“A magnificent place, blessed with one of the most beautiful views in Israel. It genuinely feels as though this little piece of paradise was dropped from the heavens onto the Sea of Galilee. The staff made you feel like you truly mattered. They genuinely cared about your experience and went out of their way to ensure that your stay was memorable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and sincere hospitality made us feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment we arrived.”

“Staff was very rude and did not appreciate guests being there. There was a lizard in our room we had to get out. Refuse to help with taxis, etc. could be because we were American. They also asked us to pay more at the hotel beyond our reservation by $700 and blamed it on Expedia. Pool slide and food were good!”

“My experience at Canaan spa was excellent . The guests and impressions were thought out to the most minute detail. The hosts were truly overly amiable. I truly look forward to visiting again. I already put in a good reference to my chavruttah. He is planning to visit to Sfat with his family. Thank you. Norman First”

“Muy bueno”

“Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Swimmingpool mit Blick auf den See Genezareth. Die Fenster waren allerdings nicht schalldicht und dies bei sehr großen Durchgangsstraßen, an denen das Hotel liegt.”

“From the minute I arrived, everything was taken care of. The beds were ready, and I didn't have to wait for the gym to open. Breakfast was excellent—especially the Mexican on the egg station. The place was clean and architecturally beautiful.”

“Great family stay on a summer holiday. The only issues with this property is that the Wi-Fi is practically non-existent and there is not enough parking within the hotel grounds.”

“Immerse in nature in a beautiful spa resort. Beautiful architecture and design, intimate atmosphere, comfy rooms, excellent food, endless spots with a stunning view to relax in. The staff is warm and helpful- from the guard who welcomed us (Thanks again, Emily!) through reception, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff. I wish we could stay for the whole week…”

“Great hotel with wonderful people. Spacious room, comfortable and well maintained, plus a lovely balcony. Peaceful location slightly away from the main tourist centre but an easy walk and very close to bus stops. Would definitely come back and stay longer. Really appreciated the friendly welcome.”

“Really nice hotel, beautiful location, nice rooms and great service. Only minuses, gym could be slightly better equipped and some food being sold by the pool would have been nice… but wouldn’t stop me from booking again.”

“We had an issue with the booking and the owners and staff were so nice and help us!!! The place is wow !! So beautiful, clean and inviting. Will go back for sure”

“We had a beautiful and relaxed stay. Breakfast was outstanding! Nice service and delicious food. We were stunned by the beautiful and colorful nature. ”

“The staff help a lot but old rooms elevator is not good”
