“Unfortunately the homeless people were an issue. They were very loud and intoxicated all throughout the night. When you go anywhere they are yelling things at you. That made the stay bad and makes you feel unsafe while outside. I know the motel people do all they can but I wouldn’t recommend this establishment just for that reason.”

“The unit should be marketed as a bedroom which was nice, bed was comfortable and clean, unfortunately that where the positives end. There's no separate entrance to the unit (read as basement tv room) so there is no real privacy. It was very cold (I live in the Yukon I'm used to cold) with no way to control the temp even though the furnace beside the bedroom was quite loud, so they supply an electric blanket. The TV was big and new with an apple tv and nice speakers attached big full dramatic...

“It was supposed to be a vrbo, out of verbo you get your own space. But this ran like a hostel. There were three bedrooms with no locks on the door different people coming and going every night your stuff isn't secure and you ended up sometimes being a single woman traveling alone being a load of the house with a man you don't know who doesn't speak the same language. “What an incredible stay! The home on Niven Lake was amazing, modern and cozy! We had everything we needed for 7 people to relax, cook together and have fun. The host responded immediately and with kindness when we had questions or needed guidance with something. She also texted a recommendation for us to attend a wonderful event in town.
