Staff was great in helping find boat charters, snorkel equipment rentals, and golf cart rentals. 2 restaurants on site had great food and drinks! Can’t wait to visit again! Bahama Beach Club has become one of my favorite vacation spots!”

“As they say in real estate…location, location, location. Treasure Cay beach is absolutely beautiful and Nick’s place is oceanfront, yet only a 30-40 second walk to the pool area. There are restaurants and convenience stores and a liquor store all within walking distance. The local owners were all remarkably friendly and welcoming. “Stayed a few days organizing our contractors a few miles away. Very convenient to treasure cay and our lot. The mattress was amazingly comfortable. Light cooking only, no stoveHostess Lynn was a fountain of info and very helpful. Quiet and peaceful. We had a great time.”

“Overall we had a great time at Ivan's villa. The villa itself is fairly basic, but the place was clean and comfortable. But, we weren't there for the villa. The beach is amazing and was basically deserted while we were there, 3.5 miles of beach and maybe 50-100 people in sight each day. The villa is just steps from this amazing beach and blue water and is also located a short walk from a convenience store, liquor store, and Cafe Florence and those amazing cinnamon buns. “Terrific Villa. Everything worked as advertised. We really liked that the patio has a nice new dining table with umbrella and has some nice vegetation and shrubbery that provides a lot more privacy that many of the villas. The beach here is unbeatable. Many days there were less than 50 people on the 3 miles stretch of paradise. The sand is like sugar. Brian is a great host and very responsive to questions. He also provided a lot of info on the area before the trip. 5 STARS! ”

“The property is conveniently located near enough to Marsh Harbor to be able to quickly go there to buy groceries or go to restaurants etc., but far enough away so you feel like you are the only person or people on the beautiful Treasure Cay beach. Unit has cook top, microwave and small fridge, but with a separate freezer so you can buy a few frozen foods for convenience.”

“The place was well appointed & very comfy. We cooked breakfast & dinner every day in the kitchen. Although it was quite windy & rough, we rented kayaks & explored the beaches, getting great rides on the waves on our downwind legs. Maria is a very responsive host. The house was clean as a whistle thanks to Linda. Lovely, welcoming community with an amazing heated, well-kept pool. Will definitely be back. Treasure Cay is the prettiest beach ever. ”
