“The pool wasn’t working during our stay, but that wasn’t a priority for us. Everything else exceeded our expectations. The room was slightly larger than expected and felt newly renovated and fresh. The rest of the hotel also appeared recently updated and well-maintained. Breakfast wasn’t huge, but it offered more variety than we anticipated—especially compared to similar hotels in the same price range. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.”

“For the price, it was very surprising the breakfast only had prepackaged items plus waffle iron. Occasionally will have hard-boiled eggs but not guaranteed. You get the same/worse breakfast here than some $70 per night inns. Soundproofing is poor. The old interior aesthetic is cute. Staff is friendly and helpful.”

“Terrible. Small and very unclean”

“Loved the cabins and the property! Joe is so easy to communicate with and remembers all the details. If I'm ever back in the area I would definitely stay here again.”

“This cabin nestled in the woods was a great escape for us from the city. A quiet and peaceful spot surrounded by sights and sounds of nature. The hosts Dave and Terry were lovely people. Communicating with us before and during our stay. The cabin had a bar fridge, stove top, dishes and cookware. Lights ran off solar, only use when needed. The off grid toilet was easy to use and didn't smell at all. The open living space was nice. We also enjoyed the large front porch. Letchworth State Park...

“Can’t say enough to the warmth and comfort of the experience”

“Lovely rustic treehouse in a good location for several state parks and conservation areas”

“The house was very clean and comfortable. Can see the slopes from the backyard. Great place.”

“The host was super nice and very quick at responding to questions. The property was beautiful”

“We could not have asked for a nicer host and hostess!”

“It was quiet, the beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels. Good kitchen set up with plate ware and cookware. Clean and very spacious fridge and a great front area to sit and have a fire. Huge screen TV and good heating. Owners were super responsive and helpful.”

“The view was amazing, however, the cabin was very rustic—one step above tent camping. Floor littered with dead bugs, hanging dirty dishes. Basic bathroom accommodations quite a distance away. The horses were beautiful and trail-ride was great. The trail included a varied terrain. Loved the incorporation of yoga”
