“The most beautiful location you can think of at a very private feeling beach tucked away in the north coast. We did a few scuba dives that were one of the best ever. Good entertainment during the evening and the food is very good in the restaurant.”

“Not fancy but clean. As advertised. Property short way up a hill from Beach with beautiful pristine water with a decent reef tropicals by the dozen. Need a car. Watch out for the potholes as you drive the island. Worth it.”

The cottages are very comfortable - we especially enjoyed how we had such easy access to the beach and restaurant yet still felt like you were away from hustle and bustle at the same time. We ended up having to extend our stay due to winter weather at home and Win was able to accommodate us last minute in another unit, which was equally as comfortable and it was so appreciated by us not have to stress about finding new lodging after our flights...

“The beach is with-in easy walking distance of the house. You can easily see the ocean through the trees and easily hear it. The king bed was super comfortable. The restaurant in the same parking lot as the house was one of the best out of all that we tried. The laundry works and is up the hill just a little ways. While you're waiting, there's a really nice place to sit and look at the ocean. Rick dove with the dive shop here almost every day and they are amazing! ”

“What an awesome week we had at St. Croix. Seaview Estate was amazing! Not only was the inside beautiful, the outside offered beautiful views. I recommend watching the video of the house, it's a perfect representation and made us excited to see it in real life. The kitchen was probably one of the most stocked places we have ever stayed at. There were plenty of beach towels, no need to bring your own. Every room was gorgeous. The pool, hot tub, grill and deck were used all week. Loved the...

“Beautiful property! We stayed in the one bedroom cottage which was next to the owners’ home. We loved our stay - the house had absolutely everything we needed - plenty of towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, great WiFi. Loved having coffee in the morning and evening drinks while looking at the view and listening to the waves crash. The 2 patios (upper and lower - right on the rocky beach) were great and also perfect for star gazing at night ”
