“Thanks to the hotel staff, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to the coral coast for a relaxing vacation - most preferably a couple or a family. We were always met with a happy "Bula!" and a smiling face from everyone. No matter what strange request you come up with (blankets, HDMI cables, off menu orders by the pool), they are always glad to help and endeavour in making you satisfied. I even got celebrated with cake and beautiful flowers by three women from the staff on my 23rd...

“Rooms & all furniture in the bathrooms & bedroom needs to be really updated. The curtains in the windows needs to be replaced too, and all the beddings at the same time. I never saw any of the staff caring cleaning detergent to clean . the staffs are friendly. The yard is nice well maintained and the beach is only few minutes away .”

“I booked this place because it was right next to the dive shop I was diving with. The place looks great from photos, unfortunately the rooms are very run down with paint coming off the ceiling in the bathroom and water stains on the floor and even baked on grime on the bathroom mirror. The staff were helpful but the restaurant was lacking alot of food from the menu and even coke was not available at the bar. Outside my room I found several empty beer bottles and some old food containers that...

“Our family spent most time in the pool especially the two boys. The pool is clean and private and beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped, but we hadn’t found much things to cook. The food choices in super market are not much. Surprisingly there are a few good restaurants nearby.”

“Onsite hosts Sam and Moreen were so wonderful! We got all the inside tips about Pacific Harbor from them including beach access, where to buy fresh fish and activities in the area. Moreen made me cassava so that I could learn to cook with it and Sam brought is fresh coconuts when we were by the beautiful (and huge) landscaped pool. The kindness of the people here is what we loved about Fiji the most! The house was so comfortable and finished beautifully with hardwood flooring and interior...

“We just finished our 2 week Fiji get away and had an excellent time. The Villa is even better than described and Alexxis and Todd were great with communicating and taking care of our needs. We would recommend this spot to anyone thinking of visiting Pacific Harbour!”
