“We arrived and the wait seemed long as person helping a customer seemed unsure of what she was doing. We finally got our keys got to the handicapped accessible room we'd requested months in advance to find a room temperature of 88 degrees since the ac had been shut off and outdoor temp was in the 90s. Not a great start! We turned on the ac and it took about 4 hours to cool the room back down. Shower curtain was to short so water seemed to get out of the shower and around the toilet and...

“I had a problem with my credit card booking the property so o had to cancel my initial booking. I rebooked right away and corrected the problem. I figured since I was rebooking with a different credit card that they would refund my initial booking but they did not. They will not respond to my communication attempts. I would not recommend this place.”
