“Bokat rum med enkelsäng, fick dubbelsäng - trots att vi mailat och påmint om enkelsängar vid två tillfällen. Fick vänta en timme på att få det ordnat. Rumsnyckeln funkade inte. Man glömde att fylla på kaffe och socker på rummet. Fick gå till receptionen varje dag för att reaktivera wifi. ”

“Montusi is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Ideal for hiking and enjoying nature. Restaurant is exceptionally good and staff are super friendly. Bungalows are very comfortable and have been modernised. Pool was enjoyed by the family. ”

“Good ”

“5 out of 10.”

“Really good value for money! Even if it costs a fair amount. Had a wonderul time, saw lots of game and had both sunshine and rain.”

“Reception staff were hospitable and pleasant. Restaurant staff seemed to lack hospitality training and were not customer focused, preferring to look at their phones and told us to get our own wine from the bar. Our room smelt musty but was OK when windows & doors were open. A tea bag and milk would have been appreciated. Room itself was large and comfortable and the scenery was stunning.”

“Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Restaurant food is very good. We had breakfast (included) and dinner (E295pp for 3 course set menu). The grounds are beautiful with several cows roaming around. The drive up to reception is quite long (felt like about 2-3km) but don’t worry, you’re on the right track! You’ll meet several cows on that road too so don’t go too fast! Overall an idyllic setting. ”

“View from the hotel is stunning”
