“Our stay was good our check in was not they didn’t get my reservation from hotels.com but they matched the price there were a couple features of the pool that didn’t work but the kids still loved it my only real complaint is They didn’t have an included breakfast”

“The spa tower is so nice and very clean! The valets, desk and bag handlers were so helpful and knowledgeable and so sweet/kind!! Once we start walking it was actually easy to figure out how to get around!! The pols were lots of fun and my granddaughters had a great time in them!!!”

“The staff was amazing. The breakfast was yummy. The nice lady that attends the dining room for breakfasr is so nice. It was our second time meeting her. We stayed here two nights and at the downtown location. This one by far is the best. The breakfast is superior to the other as well.”

“We stayed at this hotel for a wedding (wedding was incredible) and this hotel left us disappointed. It’s by far the worst Hyatt I’ve stayed at. First room smelt heavily of smoke so we were promptly switched to a new room but that bathroom was covered in hair. We mentioned this at the front desk and were met with attitude. Wasn’t appreciated. On our third day we needed more towels and after requesting at the front desk, we finally got new towels more than 2 hours later. The rooms are outdated...
