“I had to phone for the owner to come in spite of having informed him about the exact time during the afternoon. He had not checked the room and it had not been cleaned This was 4 in the afternoon It says the hotel has a reception open 24 hours. It does not. I had to ask separately three times for a receipt. It was finally placed outside my door during the night ”
