“Maintenance staff was quick & helpful switching out broken TV Halloween decorations were a bit much”

“Nice place with good atmosphere and friendly approach, good restaurant. Well worth a visit”

“It would have been nice to know the hotel was in the middle of being renovated when we booked the room. The initial reaction was concern when we walked in, very dark interior and an elevator that has seen better days. The room we stayed in did ease our concerns as soon as we opened the door. I understand the hotel is in the middle of being renovated, don’t let that deter you from staying, the rooms themselves were clean.”

“Brand new EV chargers in the parking lot…very convenient. Breakfast was a miss…rooms very dirty…not worth the price”

“Less noise”

“Breakfast was poor, room coffee pot missing holder and dirty, not used because of missing parts. Blinds were old, had holes, and worn.”

“This hotel is so beautiful on the inside. It has amazing views outside the window and everyone here is friendly.”

“Convenience e to the thruway.”

“Second time staying here as a family, won’t be the last. Super clean rooms, very spacious with a kitchenette. Staff are very nice, area felt safe. Property had a small gym and coffee in the morning which was great! Close by to lots of shopping and restaurants. Will stay again for sure!”
