“Had 2 rooms, booked the 2nd on-site as we had more people in our party than originally planned. Both rooms were unable to use the deadbolt locks, they weren't aligned with the door frame at all which was very concerning and we didn't get much sleep as a result. Hotel was old and needed renovations but it was clean and the staff was very professional and nice. ”

“The room overall looked clean but I found hair that didn’t belong to me on the pillows and the towel. The soap dish wasn’t cleaned and the shower didn’t drain properly (also some hair left in the basin). I also wasn’t given a trash can for my room. The blackout curtains wouldn’t slide all the way over so I had some trouble sleeping as well. Otherwise, the breakfast was good and the staff was kind. ”

“Good morning, it was an honor staying there staff very courteous and wonderful parking no issues rooms were clean I can’t complain about anything front desk you guys are amazing! 8 min airport ride can't beat that and I like that a lot of amenities are close by…5 star I'll definitely stay again! ”

“Pros: Nice and helpful staff, easy check in process, decent breakfast, nice decor in lobby and in rooms. Cons: The hotel could really use an upgrade. While the overall look and layout of the hotel is nice, when you take a closer look you really start to notice how shoddy the various repairs are which kinda detracted from the overall experience.”

“Small but very beautiful & upscale experience. Spa was wonderful. Pricey but very nice. Everything was high quality & it was a great experience even in the winter. Loved the French /Monet theme. Even the furniture was detailed that way. Very clean & staff very accommodating. ”
