“The staff was wonderful but the rooms are outdated there was rust everywhere. The water was so cold u could only be in it for an hour. It was definitely much smaller then expected and the rooms dont come with the water park access u have to buy thise separately. The food was all microwave food except the pizza. Overall disappointing ”

“Exceptional value. 2 bedroom and 2 baths perfect for family visiting. Lots of room , fireplace and kitchen with dining room. A sauna was a great plus in the condo. Indoor pool looked great but I didn’t have an opportunity to use it. Staff helpful with local things to do including use of Sheraton Hotel amenities.”

“The property was very quiet and clean! The room was as spacious as advertised. The pool was in fact heated and very well taken care of! I saw multiple people with their dogs, so the hotel is pet friendly and it was nice to see! The staff was very polite. I’ve already booked two more stays at the hotel for future dates because it was a really nice stay and very affordable! ”

“We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along.”

“The communication was very thorough and made me feel at ease with what to expect to check in. Good packet of information at the property to help with what to do upon arrival and checkout. The keypad entry is convenient. I had access to the phone number of the owner, if needed as well.The house is very small which was okay, but there was no where to hang coats, or clothes, or to put snacks/food away. “The cabin was perfect for our short stay with my partner, our 2 toddlers, and me. Our host was amazing at communication and even left some snacks for us. The kitchen was a bit tight for cooking, but in a 500 ft² cabin, that is to be expected. There is quite a few food places close by for being such a rural area. The property was beautiful to walk around and so quiet. The cabin smelled great, was comfy and so cute. Much more scenic and homey than staying in a hotel room! Thank you!”
