“We needed a place to stay for the night and this hotel accommodated that need. Bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and instead of removal the hotel choose to paint over it with white paint but it was still very visible. Left a musty smell in the room if you left the bathroom door open. Would not stay again.”

“To start there is no one there you have to call to check in. The onsite restaurant is closed you have to drive a half mile to their truck stop to eat which is filthy. The free drink that’s at the truck stop so they want you to drink and drive back to your room. When we return to our room the ac had quit working. Called the manager and they said I’ll have someone there in 5 minutes 40 minutes late I called again and they said they should be there any minute. 5 minutes later the guy called asked...

“Cool little cabin that houses a lot of people. Just note there is no running water in the cabin, there is a separate bath/shower house just down the road. Customer service was great and they accommodated a late night check in. Only negative is this is right on the side of the main road into the campground and parking is limited. ”

“If you’re looking for a rustic camping experience, and this is your place. Quiet and serene with multiple wildlife meandering through the property, well maintain trails leading to forest and creeks, and a fast sky with plenty of stars. Josh handy is a great host who communicates well and is responsive to the needs of his guests. Altogether lovely I would definitely do it again. ”

“This stay was everything we needed to rest and relax! The place was just like it said it would be and what a great experience from laying in bed watching nature, taking a shower with the a bucket head (must experience) and eating hotdogs over the fire outside! The host was great and quick to answer. Our dog loved running the yard! Just perfect for us!”

“Enjoyed our stay. Convenient to the small town w/ a good, local-owned restaurant right across the street. A little traffic noise because the cabin is close to the road but not excessive. Huge grass area behind cabin which was great for our dog to run in. Would stay again. :)”

“Well it was glamping not a cabin which is what I am use to booking so Rustic, no workable kitchen lacking dishes, glasses, dorm size fridge, gas stove I was afraid to use. Bathroom had clever ways to adapt to shower.No hot water in the sinks no towels provided. Bedding had plastic crinkliy covers and the upper bunk was not fit for anyone over 3 feet tall. On a positive note the outside area was beautiful scenery so green with plenty of birds and walking areas and the host was friendly.”

“Everything was clean and in excellent condition. Paula was an excellent host, and left eggs, orange and apple juice, bread, muffins, soup, snacks, and items with which we could even make dinner, etc., etc. ”

“Though the route to this location is very winding (beware any car sick!), it's nice to have a secluded hideaway while on vacation. Scott is so very personable and welcomes with open arms onto his farm allowing guests to meet his horses and visit as much or as little as preferred. The bedrooms and bathrooms are quite spacious with lovely sunsets in view from the back porch or even living room sofa.”

“This is a sweet cabin. Clean and lot's of room. Enjoyed the back deck and view. Nice walking path in the back. Loved feeding the two horses (Izzy and Annie). Great property host, Katheryn. We enjoyed the visit to the Ark and the Big Bone Lick National Park. Just overall a great time and a beautiful cabin with everything one would need. ”
