“Hreat place to stay”

“Frequently stay in the Fairplay area for work and the Hand hotel has been by far the most enjoyable place to stay. The other option (Riverside Inn) has always been extremely noisy and the staff don't seem to care much about customer concerns. The Hand hotel staff were excellent and it was convenient having the cafe down-stairs... just be aware it isn't open every morning, but there are other options close by. It is a historic building so keep that in mind when booking.”

Communication was great, and the house itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. You can tell a lot of thought went into the space. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”

“The exterior of the property wasn't too bad, the inside on the other hand!It was dirty, one could even feel the dust of the house that it had not been cleaned in who knows for how long. Bedding was dirty and smelled like sweat. Spider webs all throughout the inside. The up stairs bathroom's door was damaged and it fell on someone while taking a shower. The guys who stayed downstairs couldn't sleep on a couple of the beds because they were broken. Not to mention the kitchen! It was dirty and the...
