“We encountered a highly unsatisfactory experience. The presence of a strong cat urine odor in our room was quite distressing. We were assigned a pet-friendly room as we were traveling with our small dog. This was a significant disappointment.”

“Pretty dated and not cleaned well hot tub broken jets are taken out was not very hot nor clean. Room is dated and not dusted and carpet smells I tried to cancel after seeing room but was too late. Also the handicap rooms was really small the only thing that made it handicap was the bars in the standard size bathtub. And the door doesn’t seal shut could see outside.”

“The place smelled like smoke unfit for someone to stay. The floor was coming up and the plumbing was so close that when you tried to go to the bathroom, you bumped your leg getting up on the vanity.”

“Decent place to stay we were on a fast country trip and it was convenient”

“I’m not sure how this place has so many amazing reviews. It’s very run down and the rooms are pretty gross. It also doesn’t really have a “breakfast” just like a few items they put out to grab and go. I wouldn’t personally stay here again.”

“Booked a room online, walked in and the walls had mold, balcony door was covered in mold and didn’t even close. when we told the front desk person, their response was “our housekeeper has been sick”. which i get, but at the same time, the housekeeper has nothing to do with the fact that the room was covered in mold. will never book here again. and the indoor pool was NASTY. didn’t even stay because it was so gross”
