“Great location in the heart of Stratford. Minutes from Ontario St. 20 - 25 minute walk to the main theaters. On site parking for the full day on the last day of our stay was permitted. That amenity was very helpful because we were attending a matinee 2 blocks from the hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Some rooms were quite small. Ours was a comfortable size.”

The hotel has no bellman service, while there is an elevator available, some rooms like our corner King room located on second floor has to accessed by another set of stairs. “This was a nice place to stay with parking right next-door and very easy entry. No issues whatsoever with not having a front desk. I did have to message a couple of times because I didn’t get the info email with door code early enough in my opinion. After messaging an hour before check-in time, I did receive it, but I feel like that system was a little glitchy. Room was great, stayed with a friend, so one of us had the pullout, and one of us had the bed. Everything was clean and worked well....

“Great Place to stay in Stratford! Located on the Main Street. Beautiful clean well stocked room. Great restaurant… loved the outdoor patio! We visited several different stores in the area all within walking distance including the Theatre. The Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! I’d highly recommend staying at the Bentley Inn when in town.”
