“Beyond 5star! It is seldom in international travel that an entire hotel and staff can exceed all expectations. Mamoun Exec Manager and Thaer and staff from kitchen to room cleaning were beyond. I became ill with Flu and the over-the-top welcome attentive spirit had us extend 5 extra 5 Star days. Moreover, the entire Guide community, through Basal, Yuesff, Muhammad, among others in the Bedouin community remind us that there is a “Human” family and tribe of loving kindness that Yah instills in...

“Warning! Hotel from hell. Do not book this hotel. Huge fraud, impossible people to deal with. The smell in the igloos are insane. Difficult to find the manager who takes no responsibility what so ever. The project is not fully built, it is a construction site with noise around the clock. Extremely expensive for Jordan considering the state of the property and the non existing service. Started a complaint at hotels.com which they couldn’t solve because of the denial of the manager. It is a...

“Staying up on the hill at Petra Pillars made a big difference for us, it’s far quieter than the hotels packed right around the Visitor Center, and coming back to those mountain views and the pool after hours of walking was great.”

“There’s a lot to love about this place. There were a few disappointments too. The property was super clean inside and out! Everything was well presented. Freshly renovated. That’s a bonus. The rooms were cosy and had simply breathtaking views of Petra. The terrace and pool was lovely to soak up those views! The rooftop bar was closed sadly but we wandered up to take some photos at sunset. The staff were genuinely lovely. But there were inconsistencies. I had some issues with failing to book...

“Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is new, well maintained, and the room was very nice. The terrace was perfect for gathering, and the breakfast chef was especially kind and helpful. A small area that could be improved is the housekeeping service. There was sometimes a lack of attention to details, such as changing towels and bathroom supplies, and housekeeping entered the room without checking first. Nothing major, but a little more training and attention to these details would make the...

“This resort looks like a Hollywood movie set of an ancient city. The bed was super comfortable and big. The rooms were spacious. The staff was very accommodating and the food was excellent. It was a true 5-star experience in Wadi Musa.”

“When we got to the hotel, it was closed. We were asked to proceed to the Movenpick. We got good rooms and the location near the city and the entrance to the Old sites is amazing. The only thing we didnt like about the hotel was the cold pool. Ambient was 23, temperature of water was 25. So there was heating but everyone in the pool was shivering. Hotel was nice”

“Staff were so helpful. The rooms are comfortable and really well maintained. It felt like a little bit of luxury. The pool area was lovely and the food was excellent.”

“Vi fick ett premium rum med fin utsikt mot Petra och bergen. En oförglömlig solnedgång. Väldigt vänlig personal. Bara fem minuter från Petra visitors center. Personalen kan ge bra tips inför besöket. Vi testade inte spa eller restaurang. ”

“Food was inedible and overpriced. Given the logistics of Petra / Wadi Musa, one is likely to end up eating at the hotel, so not much other options in the regard. ”

“Great location with free parking just outside. Clean rooms and a nice rooftop bar. No need to buy the lunchbox at the hotel, there are plenty of choices inside Petra. ”
