“We were VERY disappointed the pool wasn’t open ……because the health department had shut them down. We should have been informed before we booked this hotel. Upon checking out, I asked for a discount, because an indoor pool was important when deciding where to stay. The man at the desk said we would have to talk to the manager. I asked for the manager….the answer was “ The manager isn’t here”. Why tell me to talk to the manager if there wasn’t one. Needless to say, no discount for not...
