“Every aspect of my stay was fantastic. There was only 1 thing that could've been improved. The shower head. Having experience as a plumber, I can assure you that there's no issue with water pressure. However the flow from the shower head was weak. For me, not a big issue. But as you well know, if an occupant has shower complaints, it can tarnish overall reviews! Suggestion: once every 3 months have maintenance remove shower heads, soak them in CLR or a similar product to remove mineral deposits....

“Large comfortable room, smaller old TV, staff at front desk could be more motivated and service minded. ”

“Very nice and very quiet. Plenty of shopping and food within walking distance.”

“Trevligt och rent. Frukosten bra, mycket bra fitness-rum.”

“Personalen är väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående men det väger ej upp det otroligt slitna hotellet och att allt är smutsigt och gammalt. Om man renoverar detta hotellet kan det bli riktigt bra men just nu under allt kritik.”

“A must stay. If you are visiting Troy, AL or the local area. The hosts were friendly and accomodating. The rooms where clean and everything we could need was provided. We did not have any kids with us but toys and other entertainment were provided if we had. We appreciated the pet friendly environment. Our dogs had a great time and it was much better than them being stuck in a hotel. Great value for our money. We would stay there again and recommend to others.”

“We stayed for a friend’s wedding and spent the day by the pool before the festivities. It was a wonderful stay!!”

“good property, we overlooked the fact you are supposed to bring your own linen. The property is good though and activities for families very cool”

“As a Troy alum, I booked this place for our family trip back to Troy, especially since my sister will be attending Troy University! My family, our furbabies, and I really enjoyed our 8-day stay here! The property was clean, comfortable, family- and pet-friendly, and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Having some adorable cats roaming around the neighborhood was definitely a HUGE plus for us! My mom especially loved the kitchen, and I loved having the washer and dryer available. The dryer...

“The host was quick to reply to the questions I had (about checking in and out). This was a good experience!”

“The place is absolutely amazing. If you want peace and quiet this is the place. Definitely recommend anyone to stay.”

“Much needed. Definitely returning for the quiet relaxation”

“I was traveling solo with my dog, & booked this last minute; I have to say, it was better than I thought it’d be. The staff were receptive, & welcoming, the room was clean enough, & the hot water/water pressure was Exactly what I needed after a long day of driving. It was quiet, not many people even though there was apparently a football game going on that night, & the fact that the rooms open right into the parking lot helped with getting my dog in & out.”

“Our family rented this cozy house for a college graduation. The house is very spacious and so comfortable. Anything that you imagine needing is already there! Loved the country feel. The house is super clean. Everyone in my group loved it!! Hope to stay there next year when our son graduates.”

“A very unique apartment. The unit was nice and clean. Located in a quiet area of downtown Troy. Close to the university, shopping and nice restaurants. Nice place for a couple or small family.”

“Drive way tight for my large van otherwise very good”
