“This was a stopover on our way to northern Maine. It is very nice and I wish we could have stayed a bit longer, but we needed to move on. Pet friendly and well kept. Easy access and the staff communicated well through emails.”

Couldn't have had a better experience. Guilford, ME is a treasure and should become a destination spot when visiting the North Woods! ”

“Waterfront view, close to downtown. Make sure you know that you are on the 1st or 2nd floor. Not happy with the coffee service. ”

“The only thing i would want to mention is that the curtains for the big windows do not cover completely. Thus, people outside could see in and in the morning, they let sun light in if you choose to sleep in. ”

“The cabins were clean and cozy. Convenient to store and restaurants. Price was reasonable. I will say, the showers are a bit strange with the controls outside the shower itself, also no barrier to keep water in the shower. But the heat lamps in the bathroom were wonderful after returning from a COLD ride!! Would definitely stay again.”

“This property is very well maintained, close to activities downtown, shopping, festivals, theater and restaurants yet just far enough to be extremely quiet and peaceful. The property owner is very nice, she provides all the necessary amenities for a great stay, accommodating and responsive. ”

“Great little place with a great view of Moosehead Lake and Mt Kineo! Super clean and just right for my husband and me for three nights. Good spot for going out and exploring (drove Golden Road and scenic byway near Mt Katahdin, hiked Mt Kineo, watched moose near Greenville). Ate dinner at nearby Rockwood Bar & Grill. Excellent!”

“Overall, our experience was excellent! We brought plenty of food but treated ourselves to a night out at the Stress-Free Moose—great time, delicious food, and such wonderful people. We even made some new friends! We also went whitewater rafting just down the street at Northeast Whitewater, which was absolutely awesome. We’d totally do it all again! Location was great we could walk to supper! ”
