“Utmärkt personal, trevliga och hjälpsamma. BWPlus ligger långt från Kansas City centrum, men staden har gratis bussar och spårvagnar. Med buss 47 tar det ca 60min in till centrum. Bra frukost men svagt kaffe som alltid i USA”

“The rooms are big, clean, beds comfy, balconies nice. We stay here several times a year for date days. The only thing I would say they could improve on is their bathroom tubs don't drain quickly, so if you like long showers you are standing in about 3 inches of water. It may not be every room, however, they have been the same in all the rooms we have stayed in.”

“When I called to see about getting a receipt for a stay, when I mentioned it was for 5 rooms the front desk muttered "jesus christ" to themselves while they were putting the phone on mute. Then they told me they'd only give me the receipt for parking and acted like I was an idiot for not knowing that I could get it from Expedia.”

“Clean room, and helpful staff.”

“The accessibility to the other areas was top tier! The rooms were clean and staff a great help.”

“Our stay was great clean and quiet . Staff was very pleasant Thank you for a great stay Oct 10,2026”

“It was great!”

“Our first stay at property. Staff and food amenities were consistent for Embassy Suites. Rooms severely dated. Served our needs for quick overnight airport stay. I would not plan a vacation there.”

“Location is good. Rooms are big. Shower is fantastic and the products too. Blackout curtains very good. However for the number of stars the hotel have it’s a bit of a disappointment. Pillows were lumpy, other guests were rowdy at 2am 2 nights, feels like a party hotel. No stairs to reach your floor, you could only exit. Elevator often busy due to bar and resturant being on the top floor. AC not quiet. Doors slams when closing. ”
