“Wonderful lodge to stay at that’s impeccably clean with outstanding views and with lots of wildlife spotting of dear, hares and birds of prey. The lodge is so well thought out with amazing attention to detail and furnishings. Superb heated pool that’s spotlessly clean, along with the steamroom, jacuzzi and sauna. The star gazing of a nighttime is so wonderful and the constellation so clear with lots of shooting stars. Patrice the owner is very friendly and always available if you need him. It...

“Absolutely stunning. Just like a 5* hotel. Julian and Chelsea have created a stunning suite. Great communication, easy check-in, everything you need is in the room waiting and a VERY comfortable bed. We will definitely be returning. Don’t hesitate to book.. You really won’t be disappointed.”

“As a couple in our 60,s we found the furniture and bedding more suitable for younger people. This not a criticism as all was clean and modern for us less mobile others may wish to be aware of. Thank you the host for a lovely home.”

“We used this property for a holiday with extended family for a week. The property was excellent, lots of room to spread out. The bedrooms were a very generous size. The kitchen could hold three chefs without getting in each others way. It was extremely hot when we were there so we ate out in the garden for every meal. The house was exactly as described. We had no issues with parking. The various shops were lovely and quite upmarket. We ate at Restaurant L'Atellier and La Bruceliere and both were...

“Lovely property in a lovely area. Very well equipped, a real ‘home from home’. Excellent choice for a family or a larger family group. We enjoyed the pool, table tennis and badminton. House had books, games and Sky tv although we didn’t need them as we were outside so much. Very easy and responsive communication with the hosts. Eymet is five minutes drive away and had a fantastic boulangerie as well as a Carrefour supermarket and lots of great restaurants around a pretty square. Wonderful local...

“You couldn't ask for a better location for this bright, clean, comfortable apartment, literally steps from the central square. Jean-Marc is a responsive and helpful host. A great stay!”

“Great facilities. Slight problem with electrics and a faulty door lock but it didn’t deter the experience. Beautiful property with everything we needed and morr”

“Pros: Tout était parfait.”

“What a breathtaking property. From the moment you walk through the big green gate, it’s an incredible place. We were a mixed group 20, friends and family, ranging from 0-50 years old. The property itself is filled with history but with lovely little modern twists, mainly the kitchen and bathrooms. It’s not obvious from the photos but there is also a large barn with a table tennis table in which was a nice hub for socialising. The pool is large and fenced off to stop any children accidentally...

“The terrible heat spoilt it for us - no airconditioning !But it was advertised as such.It is remote - can’t walk anywhere”
