“Beautiful view of lake Huron from the balcony, and easy access to the beach makes it ideal for relaxation. the staff a friendly and helpful.”

“Ok hotel. A bit noisy when the doors close, it’s more of a slam. Jacuzzi not warm/ hot. Breakfast was ridiculous… why offer one?”

“Very beautiful location and cute place to stay however zero bath towels available. Two hand towels were suppose to be used for bathing in a room that slept four. No shampoo, etc amenities but biggest issue was the towels. Even the hand towels for showering were quality of old kitchen dish towels. The location is beautiful but a few extra dollars could be invested in making your Guest feel welcome.”

“Great”

“The room layout was nice and open.”

“Very clean. Convenient location.”

“Again a nice well kept location and great employees!”

“Beautiful landscaping and great views”

“A very nice stay. Will visit again.”

“Room was small but adequate. Bathroom very small, shower extremely small, no place to set things except on window sill. Beds very comfortable. Check in was virtual, would have been nice to meet owners. Property was beautiful as well as clubhouse. Parking lot could use some painted lines, but we were one of three guests there at the time. Id stay again if i could get a lake view room with 2 beds.”

“Needs many updates.”

“The room was absolutely terrible. There was urine on the toilet seat, the bedding was dirty with pubic hair on the sheets and blankets, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. I found dark curly hairs in the mini fridge along with a half drank 2liter of pop, the shower was also dirty with lots of curly hairs on the floor of the shower. I had to go and get bleach and disinfect the whole room. Would never recommend this place to anyone!”

“Host is not pet friendly and charges an additional fee in cash when you arrive and 2 days after departure and someone else is in property I’m charged for broken furniture that wasn’t broken and or dirty when we departed if there was any issues it should have ben informed to us that day waterfront is more like a overgrown ditch don’t recommend properly or host”

“It was a nice, quiet place.”

“Penny was fantastic! We loved our stay here! Peaceful and lovely! Loved the breeze coming off the lake into our open windows. Loved our boat ride”

“The property is everything and more. We enjoyed some quiet moments siting in the swivel chairs and couch overlooking the lake. I loved the welcoming big interior living area where we could all be together.. The big porch pretty much has shade all day as does the sit swing down by the water.”

“Clean house and very spacious. Fit our bigger group no problem and host was quick to answer over the phone.”

“Our stay here was very peaceful. It was quiet and relaxing. We could hear coyotes at night. The beds were comfortable. Everything you needed was there. It was the perfect location for what we were doing up there. I would recommend this house for anyone to stay at.”

“NettieBay was a great getaway moment after the summer season concluded. No one else around except for our hosts--our hosts gave us a nice warm greeting upon our arrival and their communication was awesome. The evenings were silent and best of all, no Wi-Fi! For once we were completely shut off from the rest of the world and left alone to enjoy ourselves. Thank you Mark and wife, Mario & Claudia”

“Jennie is always available to answer any questions or problems that may arise. The house is darling and the inside is decorated in very welcoming ways.”
