“Very nice, comfortable, quiet, practical, and clean. Not as spacious as a hotel room but the place was clean, dust free, large TV with free streaming services, and everything else I needed. Self check in with a door code. ”

“Clean and comfortable. Fully stocked vending machines was a plus but would be helpful if they posted the prices of the vending items because they were very pricey. Convenience fee for sure. Area is nice, clean and quiet. Friendly staff and I will definitely be staying again.”

“We had a great time at the cabin. It was very clean and well maintained. The hosts made sure there was ample water and firewood.The property was beautiful with plenty of options to keep you busy.Bugs were definitely bad, but wearing the right clothing and using bug spray, worked well.I did find some ticks on my dog, but this is the woods and it’s to expected.I will definitely be back!”

“Great property for our stay! Everything was clean, organized and in great condition. Great area for a campfire and being able to walk right down to the water and watch the sunset. 100% happy with our stay. ”

“Despite the record heat, the AC kept the cabin cool and the lake was a great way to cool off outside. Loved the historic but well equipped kitchen. The only comment would be there is no internet or cell service. But for me that is a plus.”

“We had a great time! We were originally planning to go tent camping and due to thunderstorms in the forecast we canceled that reservation and found this cabin available. We are SO glad we did! The cabin is small but very much everything we needed. Yes there were cobwebs and spiders and the cabin is not fully updated but truthfully, I believe if it was - the charm would be lost! I believe the owners live across the way in a home on the property and they were kind enough to provide us with dry...

“We loved our stay at this cozy cabin. Lori was easy to reach and allowed us an early check in since we were arriving into town early Friday morning. She also allowed us a little later check out on Sunday. There is a private dock which we used the entire time for fishing. Lisa, her husband, and her family were staying at the home next door but very quiet and respectful so didn’t bother us one bit. “Fun for all ages, our 3 year old loved the playground, the older kids spent all their time around the campfire. Plenty of beds and a very comfy couch for naps. The location was perfect for day trips to minocqua and Madeline island and we spotted so much wildlife in the area. ”
