“Excellent staff.”

“Very good service, hotel condition and amenities. Rooms are sound proof but the big road will make some noises into the rooms facing it. We asked for another room due ro sounds from the road and even got an upgrade. Big thanks to the personel that help us with this.”

“We tried to check in early but were told that we couldn’t do so. This made it very difficult to get to a wedding that we were in town for.”

“Great location but the hotel needs some work. The rooms are old.”

“Too noisy till 2am”

They need to change it up and make it more...

“Very clean and quite comfortable. A minor issue is that the TV did not have a good selection of channels.”

It was just a trailer split in 4 units so everytime someone in another unit walked it shook the whole place. The bed was okay and the sheets seemed clean...

“Great downtown location. Very clean & comfortable room. Parking available in multi storey car park for CAD8.75 for 24 hrs 3 min walk away so don’t have to pay for valet parking (the hotel reception told us about this option). Pool & hot tub were clean and nice to use.”

“Great location”

“The staff was very responsive to any inquiries we had. Quiet location!”
