“Very good service, hotel condition and amenities. Rooms are sound proof but the big road will make some noises into the rooms facing it. We asked for another room due ro sounds from the road and even got an upgrade. Big thanks to the personel that help us with this.”

“Overall experience was good. Definitely need to understand the minimal experience. Only thing we’d change is free coffee. Even without the coffee in the room, they say they offer it in the lounge but ended up having to pay a lot extra for machine coffee!”

“Conveniently located near great food and waterfront. Parking was convenient and plentiful. Staff were helpful. Concerns included the distance between room and pool for the kids, required an underground tunnel or crossing a busy street to access. I specifically booked the hotel because of the convenience of breakfast which was provided in the form of packaged muffins and granola bars which were way too sweet. We also dealt with ants in our room.”

“This a beautiful historic hotel formerly built and owned by CN. Everything is top notch. It's like staying at a Fairmont at everyday prices. Well worth the experience. Everyone was very helpful especially the front desk and the restaurant staff. It is very convenient to all the downtown tourist areas . Can't recommend it enough.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Dutch inn. The rooms were super clean and spacious. The breakfast that was included was okay, wish they had fruit, oatmeal etc. included, the salad is a strange choice for breakfast especially because it was only leaves with no other veggies etc. We really enjoyed seeing the noisy cows from the backyard watch us eat breakfast! Their pool isn’t available for use and seems like it’s been a while since that’s been the case. Overall good stay and we would come back!”
