“Mycket vänlig personal, bra pool, bra rum förutom att dörren är mycket otät, lyser in och ljud.”

“Clean room, staff were very attentive to our needs, no hot water on our first day but resolved right away, smells sewer in the bathroom but they took care of it. Minor things! Perfect location for us. Convenient and close to places we want to visit. Breakfast was great and the Chinese Restaurant in the same building was very good. I will consider staying here again in the near future.”

“No elevators and our room was at the top (lol), stair corridor is so thin :-), i do feel sorry for the staff that carries the luggages. We booked for a week and still have to remind staff that we need to refill mineral water, coffee and other must have in our room. Everything cost, example if you order food outside the hotel you have to pay for a fee because they want you to order in the hotel restaurant. But they dont have the things i want. Looks of the hotel really is decieving.”

“Did not go to the pool, the fact that I only stayed for one night. Wasn’t feeling safe and the property is lacking of staff in the front office.”

“Rooms are dirty and have musty smells. Toilet need repair. ”

“The place is far more comfortable than the other resorts here, you have a choice whether you go to the sea or stay on the pool. You can have a walk when its low tide and go the nearby mangroves. White sandy beach is a 10mins walk from the resort. They have a look tower that allows you to enjoy the view of the area.”

“Facilities, changed room 3 times. First room the toilet bowl doesn’t flush, second room smells terrible, third room the sink drainage is broken when used water splashes out directly on the floor not on the drainage, vacant lot near the room area is used for garbage. Can’t stand it so instead of 2 nights we checked out early morning (4.00 am) the following morning. ”

“The staff are not good. I could not get thed breakfast I paid for one day. Getting the wifi password was difficult. The wifi is horrible. I won't stay here again”

“Everyhing very bad Nothing working in the rooms so 3 time chance the room. All the night very loud karaoke till 7 o clock in the morning. Second day we check in other hotel for can sleep. 1 day earlier than we book we check out and go to Manilla. So from 4 days we there 2 nights and 2 nights there not able to sleep. The staff don,t care anything. Bad bad bad. Never ever book there again”

“This is our worst stay ever😥 My husband is a PWD and he wasng able to sleep coz there is no bed. The only thing they have is a blanket/ comforter laid on the floor and a tiny pillow that's it😥 for a 4k stay😥 our 1 day vacation just turned into a nightmare. And the comfort room, u have to go down the hill-like which my husband is nit allowed because of his condition. Never i will go back to that place again😡😡😡😡”

“Dåligt underhåll av hotellet. Toalett som inte slutade spola, toalettdörr som inte gick att stänga p.g.a. läcka från taket. Svajigt WIFI i något av rummen. Inget fönster i det bokade rummet; totalt bytte vi till fem olika rum. Det sista var ok.”
