“Property was not well maintained. There were burned out light bulbs throughout. The refrigerator door was difficult to close. The light in the bathroom was broken completely but the owners did supply us with a flashlight to use in there. We were told not to use the sink water for drinking or teeth brushing, but they did provide bottled water. The box of baking soda in the refrigerator looks like it’s been there for a decade.
