“There was lots of parking available. Check in was easy and the receptionist was very helpful in pointing out where our room could be found and where the spa could be accessed near our room. Having three single beds in one room is a really good idea for three adults to share - I went with my two daughters and none of us wanted to share a double bed so three singles in a room was exactly what we needed. “The place is a little outdated, but we expected that from the pictures. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful, it's clean, the beds are firm (a bit too firm for my liking, but my husband loved them!). We had a family room, and it was very spacious, there was a king size bed for us and two proper single beds for the kids. All in all very good value for your money!”

“Wow, what a nice place. The staff and the restaurant were great. The place is old, has high ceilings and single glass windows. Here comes the problem. It was freezing cold. The room got ok after a while but the bathroom was just freezing cold. They should think about a solution to better insulate the windows.”

“I’ve stayed here many times. Rooms are clean, tidy and well looked after. The TV is very small though, so if you want to watch something, it could be a bit of a challenge. The hotel is in a safe countryside area. I like that there’s nothing else around, but others might prefer more nearby. Hot fresh breakfast is good, but the coffee isn’t great. I’d like to see more fruit and yoghurt options as I don’t eat a full breakfast. I’ll happily stay again. ”

“We needed somewhere to stay and this place did the job option for late check out was there which was good and lots of good food options nearby. Staff were helpful and the room was decent and clean toilet and shower was also clean. Id rate it better than most basic big chain hotel brands”
