Everything i needed was supplied including plenty of information on Maine & the local area. The electricity & heating systems required some details before working correctly. “Perfect beach cabin for a relaxing long fall weekend. Very short walk (less than 1 minute) over the dune to the beautiful beach. Need to take stairs/ramp down to the beach, not accessible at peak high tide, but this isn't a problem. Long beatiful beach, perfect for walking the dog, or a run to Fort Baldwin.
