“When we arrived we requested a room on the bottom floor as to pull up our car for ease. We were denied stating that all Expedia bookings are assigned to the 2nd and 3rd floor. When entering our room, it was immediately noted that the bedding was dirty and the room had a smell. The front desk attendant was reluctant to change our room, but obliged and moved us to the next room over. This room was tolerable, but sound travelled and hallways were very noisy. Breakfast was decent, your typical hotel...
