“Very clean rooms. Property is very walkable to the venue. The Front desk staff named Will was very nice.”

“This hotel was okay. Decent breakfast, clean rooms, staff were helpful. Our main complaint is that the beds were very uncomfortable and we struggled to get any rest on them.”

“The checking in process was pretty fast. However the gentleman at the reception desk was not very friendly. I walked up and said hello, he said how may I help you? no hello back. Them he sort of pointed to the back and said the elevators are to my left.He was not wearing a name badge so I do not know his name, but the other two young ladies that I came in contact with at the desk were much better. Not overly friendly, but much better.”

“The staff was very friendly and my room was nice. The hotel was quiet for being very busy, which was nice. The heater in my room was not working properly. There was an electrical burning smell when I turned it on, which was strange. I tried the regular fan setting and it seemed to work fine. The breakfast selection was lacking and the hot food was not great. This was surprising since I've had really good experiences at Country Inn and Suites locations. ”

“You get what you pay for, good hotel for the money paid. Very friendly staff However breakfast was very unhealthy and only had disposable plates and cups, no fruit or vegetables.”

“Room was clean but really bad area to be in as far as safety is concerned. Would not go back.”

“We had no housekeeping for the last day of our stay which was last Sunday. We had to go downstairs to get our wine open and come back up no wine opener. We ran out of tissue what else? Oh our keys stopped working for two days. I had to get them recharged and we had expected to have breakfast you know complementary breakfast like the Hilton and other hotels I’m really shocked and amazed so my mother and I am at 80 six-year-old Mom and I who flew in from New York were not impressed. ”

“Staff was helpful in rectifying issues. Because they were I would stay here again. Breakfast was a huge variety every day. Parking was easy and access to the convening was easy.”

“The AC worked well and there was a dehumidifier in the room which was nice. The rooms weren’t well maintained and definitely needed updating, especially in the bathrooms. The bed linens were clean, the service was good, it just needs updating. Not sure I’d stay there again until changes were made.”
