“We like the property but the way they handle the bookings were poor. We didn't get the rooms that we paid for instead negotiated with us to give us other rooms and just provided extra bedding. We booked 7 Family villas but we only got 3. Some guests were also complaining about it when we were checking in. The complimentary kits were not completed and we need to ask for it. The front porch were not cleaned properly and had a couple of trash. At least, the buffet staffs were nice and friendly. ”

“The room where we stayed (R102) is good and the restroom has a unique design with circles and look like a crystal. Although the room is old,it’s liveable.The walls have cracks and the toilet bowl seat is broken. The cabinet is broken also. The hot water is not working though the staff tried to repair it.
