“Super quiet nestled next to a beautiful park, we spent an evening feeding the ducks and geese, the cottage had everything you could need to feel like home, the hosts were kind enough to leave plenty of phone chargers strategically placed, I don't think we even had to use our own, roku TV so plenty of viewing options, just a nice quiet place to stay”

“I had made an online reservation for the night after traveling all day and upon arrival could not get any staff to desk or on the phone and after over an hour gave up and just slept in my car in the parking lot. It was before midnight and I had informed them of my late arrival when I booked the room.”

“Nice house. The deck was lovely to sit on. Property felt very secluded. We are walkers and felt thou near town not a neighborhood we would walk in to get there. Very close drive to the state parks we hiked in.”

“This is by far the nastiest property I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room smelled like moldy dogs, there were dead flys everywhere and the mattress cover stains from God knows what. Lucky I was on camping trip so I had river shoes to walk around room, and sleeping bag that I used to sleep on top of covers. I only got the room because of heavy rain storm, If given the choice next time I’ll sleep outside in the rain. At least I know what I’ll be facing. ”

“Beautiful property and extremely clean! Kitchen and additional supplies were well stocked. Definitely enjoyed our stay here. Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the kayaks.FYI- this was our first time visiting Mena and riding the trails at Wolf Pen. This was my mistake not confirming mileage to trail head but it’s far! About 15 miles and having to drive on two highways. We didn’t feel comfortable so we decided to haul our SxS to the trailhead instead each day. ”
