“Thanks to the hotel staff, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to the coral coast for a relaxing vacation - most preferably a couple or a family. We were always met with a happy "Bula!" and a smiling face from everyone. No matter what strange request you come up with (blankets, HDMI cables, off menu orders by the pool), they are always glad to help and endeavour in making you satisfied. I even got celebrated with cake and beautiful flowers by three women from the staff on my 23rd...

“Stayed in unit 7. The room was ok.However they need to replace sheets which had holes. Pillow cases,towels,ironing board cover had stains on them. Lamp shade had mould and the plastic dish rack. Ironing board needs a foam under the cover as when ironing a top the metal on ironing board left a imprint on it. Metal on ironing board legs and the clothes airer have rust on them. Outside gardens where well maintained. Breakfast prices were good.”

The staff is so arrogant, and the "tropical breakfast" is an menue with coffe, cheap cornflakes and toasted bread, and basically thats it...The rooms are ok but the rest is shit, most of all the terrible service, they just don't care..... “When did the clock stop? Clearly in its day a great resort, then something happend. It's stuck in time, elements are current, elements need renovation. We stayed 2 nights, the restaurant/bar lacked the attention expected today - menu choice/availability. In our view the venue needs investment, (not just financial) it needs driving towards the expectations of the 21st century.”

“Fantastic! Large comfortable kitchen and living area. Large bedroom with a new firm mattress perfect for my bad back. I felt like I was home 5 minutes after I got there. Wonderful front deck the whole length of the house. Spent many hours out there sitting enjoying the jungle and Ocean View. The nights were quiet and peaceful. Moreen made me cassava so that I could learn to cook with it and Sam brought is fresh coconuts when we were by the beautiful (and huge) landscaped pool.
