“Our room had a beautiful view of the creek and was close and convenient to everything!”

“All good”

“As soon as I laid down, I immediately smelled a strong, nasty odor coming from the bedding. I couldn’t tell if it was the sheets, pillows, or both. It smelled so bad that I went to the front desk for clean bedding. I also got additional clean sets from the housekeeping cart and ended up stripping and remaking the bed myself with several layers of clean bedding. The front desk provided clean pillowcases as well. “Based on our experience, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel. My advice is to inspect your room thoroughly on the first day and consider other hotel options before booking. Pros: Attractive hotel with great views Smooth and easy check-in process Cons: Missing room supplies upon arrival Inconsistent housekeeping Bathroom not properly cleaned Dust accumulation in the room Mold and rust concerns Poor breakfast quality for the price Additional parking charges”

In general, they kept running out of food and not replenishing it. The hot tub was filled with...

“I wish there was a breakfast bar. However the room was a lot more than I expected and very clean. I will be returning. We also enjoyed the water park.”
