“Very disappointing stay — cleanliness, maintenance, and advertised amenities were not as promised. Upon entering the room, it was immediately clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not being properly managed. The duvet provided appeared dirty and had visible marks/stains, which made me question whether the bedding had been properly cleaned before my arrival. The chair in the room was also visibly dirty and stained, making it unpleasant to use. The bathroom was poorly maintained as well....

The cleaning could have been better, when we first arrived to our hotel the towels had dirt on them and there was some kind of stains on the bed sheet so they had to change everything. “We had a seaview room and the view was superb. The Aircon and fan kept it lovely and cool.Almost all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. As we were there over Easter weekend it was very lively and the music by the pool was very loud. When the guests had left on Tuesday it was really peaceful and quiet.
