“Mycket dålig vistelse. Hotellet ligger granne med en nattklubb, vilket gjorde det i princip omöjligt att sova på grund av extremt hög musik hela natten. Dessutom kom cigarettrök in i rummet, vilket var mycket obehagligt. Hade varit rimligt om man hade fått information innan man bokade om att det ligger en nattklubb bredvid. Under vår vistelse försvann också pengar i samband med städning, vilket är allvarligt och oacceptabelt. Som om det inte vore nog var det blodfläckar på lakanen vid ankomst,...

“I was not able to get in. There was no one to open the gate or answer the phone. I left several messages on the phone and got no call back. The place looks in operational and the whole thing a scam. I took several pictures to support that feeling. Please do due diligence as I look forward to getting my money back. I made a separate claim and complaint report to EXpedia Team. I look forward to their response. Disappointed customer, Noel”

“Staying here was an extremely enjoyable experience. Everything about the the hotel and its properties were on point.”

“The hotel was alright for the price I guess. The cleaning could have been better, when we first arrived to our hotel the towels had dirt on them and there was some kind of stains on the bed sheet so they had to change everything. I recommend eating outside the hotel, the restaurant was kinda expensive and not very much food for the...

“Who stayed at ck suites? It was not me this is fraud? Someone is using my credentials!”

“The staff are generally friendly but the reception staff are not as helpful as they could be. The hotel amenities are good, though many items on the continental menu were often out of stock. I will go back again”

“Selwilliam hotel has great staff who are readily available to provide their services to customers in the hotel. The hotel is located at a quiet and safe location. I enjoyed my stay during my first experience and returned two weeks later to lodge in the hotel.”

“I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, I had some issues with the TV antenna on the TV in the room but other than that I have no major complaints with my stay here, I would definitely come back again.”

“Our room had a beautiful ocean view and was quite large and spacious. It contained two bathrooms with two showers and toilets and sinks, a mini fridge, and is sitting area in addition to a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. It was really nice to wake up and see the waves and hear them every morning, as well as listen to them as we fell asleep.”
