“I rented a room for my Dad and Mom because there electric was out and she's on oxygen and he's 90. I did it on line because I'm a hour away and my sister took them to get settled. They were there 2 hours and cockroaches were crawling in there room. They killed quite a few and called my sister, they left. They will not refund the money and I think that's a bad way to run a business. I rented a room there in summer for my Dad because of AC. It will be the last time and I will be in touch...

“First of all, we didn't get the room we reserved. Bathroom floor was so dirty, my wife cleaned it with a white rag and it was black afterwards. The electrical outlets were coming out of the wall. When I went to grab a towel off of the towel rack, the rack fell off the wall. We had a reservation for 2 nights but left after the first. Will sleep in my car before I ever go back.”

“The room was over the registarion office and people in the office were talking loud to each other loud enough I could here it loudly in the room I was in. The next day I asked them to please not do it more. The noise resumes in less than one hour. They woke me up again before morning. I will never stay their again. It was disrespectful and uncalled for!”
